Jones and Co has thrown its support behind one of the State’s largest co-working spaces in the heart of Yanchep.
Agency Director Kelly Jones said the Yanchep Beach joint venture initiative, Y.Hub, was an exciting new community of entrepreneurs located in the future Yanchep CBD.
With its flex space, private offices, meeting rooms and event modules, she said Y.Hub had allowed some of her team to seamlessly relocate to one of the fastest-growing areas in Western Australia.
Kelly said she had seen Yanchep grow from a tiny beachside village into a bustling community and thriving business district.
“The Y.Hub offers all local businesses the opportunity to network, work together and grow our communities and neighbourhoods,” she said. “We are able to collaborate to deliver the best service possible to meet the needs of all local residents.
“The Y. Hub is very much aligned with our own core business values. Community is our focus too so we’ve been able to smoothly transition in to our new space.
“We can hold all our investor briefings and property market update sessions on site and the hub’s flexibility and technology means our clients are quickly informed.”
Kelly said the Y.Hub, located at 128 Yanchep Beach Road, was passionate about supporting local business owners by being a central location for workers and the local community living.
“This centre plays a pivotal leadership and development role for one of Australia’s largest and most transformative urban development projects,” she said.
The new Yanchep CBD will be built around the Yanchep Railway Station which is due to be operational in 2022.
The principal objective of the Y.hub is to generate economic and social activity capable of being scaled up for relocation to the new CBD.
