A new digital home that truly represents us
Have you ever visited a website and thought it just didn’t match up to the business it represented? That was us. Our old site just didn’t do justice to the authenticity, helpfulness, and professionalism of our team. It was obvious we needed a shake-up.
We started the process off with something pretty cool—a brand workshop. It was a chance to really dig into what makes Jones & Co. special. What we discovered lit a spark: our website just wasn’t showing off the real us.
So, we decided it was time for a big change. We wanted our online space to feel just like us—helpful, welcoming, and community-focused. What we’ve come up with is a website that’s not only easy to use, but also a lot of fun to explore, all designed with you in mind.

With Kelly at the helm—who’s not just our fearless leader but also a community legend—we really got to the heart of what makes our brand tick, and why we all come to work at Jones & Co. every day.
