YOUR NEIGHBOUR, YOUR AGENT
Our communities
We are dedicated to having a positive impact on the communities where we live, work and manage property.
Your neighbour,
your agent
During business hours you’ll find us in our Bassendean, Ellenbrook, Mt Lawley and Yanchep offices. After hours, you’ll find our team out in the communities where we live, work and spend our time.
This means when you buy, sell, rent or get your property managed with us, you’ll have real locals, with real insights, helping you make better property decisions.
Get to know our local’s
We exist to help you make better property decisions, so that we can have a positive impact on the communities we share.
Get to know the places where we manage real estate and love spending our time—and if you’re interested in the property market in these communities, we’d love to help you out
Bassendean
A Bassendean local through-and-through, our founder Kelly Jones has both professional and personal roots that run deep in the community.
With sponsorships at the Swan Districts Women’s Football Club and Lions Bowling Club, you’ll often find Kelly and the team out on the green or catching a game.
From grabbing a daily coffee at The Last Crumb to frequenting the Basso after 5pm with the Jones & Co. team, not to mention our 20+ years of local real estate experience, no one knows Bassendean better.
Ellenbrook
Our team is right there living the local lifestyle by your side, with ties to the community like the Ellenbrook Rabitohs—the local Rugby club that we sponsor and who see things the same way we do; One Club, One Family.
From weekend visits to John Kosovich Wines, to swinging by Laneway Seven for a coffee after school drop-off, no one gets the convenient lifestyle of Ellenbrook like the local Jones & Co. team.
Yanchep
From slow Sunday mornings at Orion Cafe looking over the lagoon followed by a hike in the National Park, no one is more familiar with the appeal of Yanchep living.
Mount Lawley
From stopping for a morning coffee at Mary Street Bakery, to regular tickets to the Astor Theatre, not to mention frequenting the bustling Beauford Street, no one understands the attraction of a Mount Lawley lifestyle more than our team.
